Fall and self-care, a couple of my favourite things! If you’ve been one of my readers for a bit, I’m sure by now you know that I’m a firm believer that self-care needs to be made a priority.
And what better way to create and apply self-care into our routines by making it a fun *insert season here* inspired theme!
Fall brings all the cozy vibes. From wearing comfy socks and sweaters, cozying up by the fire with a warm blanket, going out into nature and seeing all the fall colours to the delicious aroma of fall baked goods.. I could go on but I think you feel my vibe.
Self-Care tends to get “lost” or “put on the back burner” when life gets a little crazy.
Which is why I love making these fun self-care lists (like my 14 day self care challenge) as a reminder of all the nice things we can do for our wellness and to keep us happy and committed to our self-care and wellbeing.
Feel free to spice these ideas up with your own additional ideas and have fun!
